Ingredients:
· 12 oz. shredded chicken
· 2/3 c plain Greek yogurt
· ½ c sliced celery
· 1 1/2 tbsp. relish
· 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
· 2 scallions sliced
· 1 tsp garlic
· ½ tsp paprika
· Pepper to taste
· Romaine leaves to put the chicken salad on
· (optional topping) halved grape tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Chop and measure out all ingredients.
2. Mix together in a bowl, cover, and chill for at least two hours.
3. Eat alone or bun less with cleaned romaine leaves.
