Q: What are the hours of operation?

The facility is open 24-7 but is only staffed 40-hours a week.

Q: How many times a month do I have to use the fitness facility in order to not be charged the $10 membership fee?

You must go four times within the month to not be charged the membership fee. However, if you’re a new member and sign up after the 1st of the month your cycle will not begin until the following month, so you will not be charged the month you sign up unless it’s on the 1st of the month.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

Q: Is there towel service?

Yes, there are shower towels and sweat towels for use at no cost.

Q: What if I’m going on vacation or will be out of the work place for a week or more?

If you are on leave and are worried you won’t get your four times in for the month you can email the onsite manager and your membership fee will be waived for the month that you were gone.

Q: How do I become a member?

Go to and complete the sign-up process. Once you complete the online portion security will grant your badge access to the gym within 24-hours of sign-up and you will be able to start using the fitness facility.

Q: What is the locker policy?

You may store your belongings there during the work day but must take them home with you. Lockers are for day use only as well as for member’s use only.

Q: Do the group exercise classes cost money?

No! Group exercise classes are free and come with your membership. Sign up for classes and look at the monthly schedule via your portal at  Our fee based services include personal training, nutrition consultations, and life coaching.
